Responsibilities:

Represent clients in the buying and selling of their home

Guide clients through the real estate process with professionalism and expertise

Generate leads through various channels and convert them into successful transactions

Call all leads provided by the team in a timely manner

Stay updated on market trends and property values to provide accurate advice to clients

Negotiate prices or other sales terms.

Use our CRM software to keep organized while managing multiple clients

Reliable Transportation to Waterford Lakes, Monday through Friday, during prospecting hours.
Requirements:

Valid real estate license

Proven track record of success in real estate sales (preferred but not required)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Motivated and goal-oriented mindset

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
